“Publishing House People II” A Talk with Birol Bayram (Art Director at İş Bankası Culture Publications and Book Cover Designer).

Maison Magi will host a talk titled “How to Read Works of Art?” on Saturday, December 27 at 4:00 PM. In this talk, together with Emel Mateşli, we will explore what to pay attention to when looking at an artwork, and discuss basic ways of “reading” art through composition, color, and form.

The third gathering of the Poetry Club, moderated by Bekir Kaya. We will listen to selected poets’ poems, and then—through a brief conversation—share notes on the texts’ rhythm, language, and imagery. The event will be held in a poetry reading format.
