Demet Yersel, who explores the theme of “woman” in her exhibitions through a personal and period-based memory lens, emphasizes calm and still narratives in her portraits that reflect a delicate reckoning between past and present. Meanwhile, Dilek Işıksel creates compositions reflecting Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage, mainly using oil paint, dry pastel, and Chinese ink.
Our artists will be in residence at our Artist Residency from August 23 to September 4 and will hold an open studio session on September 2.
